search & assessments

Research and outreach begins and one week from the kick-off, we will have calibration candidates to discuss. Industry norm from larger firms is 2-3 weeks, but we believe that’s too long. We take on less searches to accomplish this goal. We will assess against the scorecard defined during the kick-off call. We will gain intimate knowledge about every candidate in our slate and provide a comprehensive perspective and recommendation on their fit for your need.
