The Global Leadership Society is a retained executive search firm that partners with VC/PE backed and public companies to place leaders at all levels. We have vast experience and expertise in all functional areas. We know the market, we know the talent, and we can put the right leaders in front of you.

We are not a big firm, and we don't want to be. Larger firms have one main disadvantage. They are unable to recruit from their previous clients, and they have a lot of clients. We prefer to work with a smaller select group of companies to build a deeper relationship and provide them access to a more comprehensive global talent network that the big firms are unable to tap.

What also makes us different is that we’ve created an Advisory Board of executives that joins us on search projects.  These Advisors are current leaders performing the duties that the client is trying to fill.  Let your peers help you hire. Our Advisors understand the needs of clients at a much more intimate level because they are currently or have recently solved similar problems.  They know what good looks like and can attract & assess that talent at a level that others firms cannot provide.
